At Inspiring People we believe that a successful corporate change program gets energy from the culture change - shifting the mindset and impacting behaviours of people. We created a Culture Change Master Class based on our unique four-phase Culture Transformation model which we tested with many of our clients. The first phase is designing the mind-set. The second one is about engaging people followed by measuring the impact initiatives have on changing behaviour. The final and fourth phase is about developing leaders to drive a sustainable change. In a small group, we create a highly interactive learning environment to understand, experience and practice each phase. Our goal is to equip you with the simple tools and methods you can bring home to implement into an existing program or start a new one from scratch.
